Every member of the Photomochi crew is individually vetted and selected by a senior panel of accredited photographers and cinematographers, all of which must have a minimum of 15 years of experience, to ensure the highest standards in our recruitment process.
Upon recruitment, each professional undertakes a mandatory six months of intensive training in our specialized Photomochi workflow, covering all aspects of photography, videography, and stages of production until they have the privilege of directly servicing our clients.

- Expertise utilizing all video camera equipment and production equipment
- Proficiency in video processing and codecs, LOG/RAW/HDR workflows, and audio production
- Efficient collaboration in large crew film shoots, music video shoots, commercial video shoots, etc

Execution of Industry Standard Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production
- Scouting / securing permits for locations and venues, equipment rentals, preparing legal paperwork
