Our world-class Photomochi crew is a symphony of diverse skills and backgrounds, collectively shaping the narrative of visual storytelling.
Every member of the Photomochi crew is individually vetted and selected by a senior panel of accredited photographers and cinematographers, all of which must have a minimum of 15 years of experience, to ensure the highest standards in our recruitment process.
Upon recruitment, each professional undertakes a mandatory six months of intensive training in our specialized Photomochi workflow, covering all aspects of photography, videography, and stages of production until they have the privilege of directly servicing our clients. 
Once deployed, each Photomochi staff member serves as a top creative director, content creator, and committed business partner of the companies, clients, and brands they serve.

  • Adept with natural / artifical lighting methods, flash / continuous lighting, and application of modifiers
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and Capture One Pro, as well as various software workflows
  • Expertise utilizing all cameras, accessories, and production equipment
  • Directing and posing, framing and composition, fluent creative instruction
  • Efficient collaboration in large crew and multi-discipline photoshoots

Excellence in Videography and Cinematography

  • Application of cinematic lighting, lighting specific color tones / contrasts, special effects lighting
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and a breadth of accessory software
  • Expertise utilizing all video camera equipment and production equipment
  • Proficiency in video processing and codecs, LOG/RAW/HDR workflows, and audio production
  • Efficient collaboration in large crew film shoots, music video shoots, commercial video shoots, etc
  • Thorough understanding of videography and cinematography theory

Execution of Industry Standard Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production

  • Scouting / securing permits for locations and venues, equipment rentals, preparing legal paperwork
  • Hiring key crew and cast members, auditions, assignment of department heads
  • Storyboarding, scripting, and shot lists
  • Logistics and coordination of production days and project timelines
  • Directing production, shot prep and execution, lighting, staging and blocking
  • Asset management of data, VFX and sound design, editing, grading, stakeholder review, and quality control
